Delivery Information

  • UK and international delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

  • For international orders please be aware of your countries import duty costs.

  • Deliveries are arranged through multiple service providers depending on where we are delivering to. Confirmation email with tracking number will be provided on the dispatch confirmation email.

  • All our deliveries require a signature or Customer’s presence for delivery, it is the Customer’s responsibility to facilitate that by providing the best possible address. Where possible or specific instructions so our delivery partner can facilitate delivery.

  • We look to fulfil any deliveries within 7 working days, however we do not accept any liability for delay from our delivery partners for dispatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.

  • Our bespoke range delivery will be quoted on the order placement.

Returns Policy

 

Incorrect Oder & Faulty Goods

 

If we have sent you an incorrect order please get in touch by our contact page within 7 days of receipt of your item. We will send a return form via email, once the item has been received and inspected we will refund you the full amount of your purchase plus all delivery charges.

 

We will refund you as soon as possible or at most 30 days from us receiving the item back. If we reject the fault claim as a gesture of good will we will exchange the item for another of equal value.

 

Your right to cancel an order

 

You can cancel your order at any time within 7 working days, the day after receiving your item(s).

Please contact us via our contact page to receive a return form via email.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, at most 30 days of the date you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, providing you have returned the entire order. However, you will be responsible for all delivery charges.

The goods must be in the same new condition in which you received them with tags and original packaging.

 

If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

We cannot accept proof of posting as proof of delivery and cannot be held responsible for items returned that do not arrive and suggest that you return the item via an insured delivery service.

 

Exceptions

If you have designed your own bed or cushion through our bespoke service, these items cannot be refunded as that design was individual to you and as such cannot be put into our stock items.

 

Soiled items or items damaged by chewing or scratching cannot be returned.

We can only refund the credit/debit card or PayPal account originally used for payment.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
